As the part-time IT owner, I kept the company's servers, network, and internal systems running, handled maintenance and troubleshooting, and gave staff hands-on support whenever something broke.

My role

Sole part-time IT support, responsible for keeping systems, network, and servers up, and for general IT support across the team.
